Every time the BB has peed 'inappropriately' (hence our initial suspicion of UTI), she was deeply asleep on top of either me or Wax. My tentative theory is that she sleeps more deeply or else is just more reluctant to get up when she's on top of a human - maybe because it's warmer.
Unfortunately we used most of our sheets packing around fragile stuff, mostly from the kitchen, so they're in various boxes stacked chest-high in MIL's livingroom at the new house, waiting another few weeks for us to take up residence. I only brought two sets of sheets here to camp in MIL's old flat, which we initially thought was only going to be for two weeks.
But the BB has peed on the bed four times here now and with a small washing machine and no dryer, it's challenging to get clean sheets on the bed every night... clearly we should have brought more of them (and bought an extra mattress protector).
