So far everything is fine in that our tenant is staying with her friend locally and has been bringing over her stuff, which she hopes to be finished with tomorrow, and we ordered the lumber to board up the wall between the main house and her addition, but it really all rides on the master plumber showing on Monday as promised and then actually checking the plumbing and like... turning it on. Everything crossed for that! We're gonna also pick up a bed frame. Sleeping on our mattresses on the floor is quite comfortable when it comes to the sleeping, but it's really not great for getting up out of bed six times in the middle of the night when it's pitch black. I mean luckily it's not PAINFUL, but it is inconvenient.

Maybe everything will look great tomorrow as we hope, or maybe something else will go wrong. Who can tell?

We put the Heteka (vintage pre-war steel single bed-sized cot frame, ugly-cute industrial, posted about long ago but I don't have time to dig up the links right now) in the livingroom and have been surprised by how much the bunnies love it. It's super cute to see them peeking out from under it.
