It probably is just seasonal affective disorder, isn't it?

In retrospect I think I felt like this last January, too, although it's hard to remember... Januaries.

I just want to go back to sleep, but I feel like I actually NEED to go back to sleep, but also, I never feel like I have finished waking up. It all has that middle-of-the-night feeling when you get woken up out of a dream and you have to do something, like feed a cat or go to the bathroom or whatever, but you are still dreaming... sort of, almost?... and you know you're about to fall back asleep.

Is it even plausible to be like, "Listen, can we finish my work practice after January?" I can't believe I DID manage to work four days last week in retrospect, but maybe I'm just melodramatic because it's the morning, and I actually can handle it all right?

But then I remember that I dropped things and broke them twice last week and one of them was a case of concentrated juice in glass bottles, and before that in six months I didn't drop and break anything.

It might very well be SAD. Sending good thoughts of light.

Blargh. Yay for being able to do the work you did, though, and hopefully you're able to push through this. I know you said you were having trouble finding time to use your sun lamp, but it sounds like that would be something to prioritise if you can.
