Chief Inspector Japp has sort of rediscovered this bunny box in the last few days and taken to napping inside it again. Today I noticed his little face looking up at me through the door!

OMG! Of course your rabbit is named Japp. That's hilarious.

Our bunnies are actually both named after candy, because the reason I wanted bunnies was that I met their dad Snickers, who was the sweetest and most charming bunny EVER. Japp is a Swedish candy bar, and Rowan is the English translation of Pihlaja, a white and pink Finnish candy. But Japp is a kind of touchy little guy - concerned with getting his respect and so on - amd also is very fuzzy so it's funny to address him by title or as a cop.
