What's with all the rouge planets (and moons) out in SFF-land? Is Mars rouge enough to be one of them? Rouge rogues are rough!

Also, I guess that a dinghy bar would store the beer in a net or cage underwater, to keep it cool, and no doubt the fish-n-chips are great, but what's the use of a bar with room for only two seats?

I was actually thinking that the dinghy bar could be like a speakeasy, although of course you'd need your own boat to make a purchase.

Maybe the dinghy bar's like a drive-in movie, where you can float or row out on your own pool noode/raft/canoe to be served, and drop anchor nearby to consume your purchase.
