what i thought was a phone bill was not, in fact. there was a lot of trash. the most significant thing was that a gorgeous brass sculpture from outside the museum where i worked last year has been damaged. also got chamomile tea in the mail from my dad, an article about japan from my grandmother, and due south tapes including bloopers from naina and creatch! i'm bouncing up and down, although of course i don't have a vcr. i'm going to try the other area slashers, and also my ex-roommate and my aunt and possibly some housemates.

also, while i was talking on the phone and fidgeting last night (these go together, naturally), i managed to lock my footlocker which no longer has a key... the friendly maintenance guy was luckily able to unfasten it for me with a pair of screwdrivers. it's so hot i'm wearing shorts.

and i discovered another slasher almost right here! fuschia lives in northampton! eee. and now i have an excuse to go there. it's quite pretty.

..care packages can be sooo nice! chewey chocolate chip cookies that cost a couple-a-bucks to make and 4 to 5 dollars to ship across the country mean a lot more than 6 or 7 bucks on the receiving end

northampton! eee as in the 5 college area of mass? it is a pretty area--i have a camp in wendell that we just don't get to often enough
