cimorenesomewhere, someone is very surprised to be in hell--well. not anymore, but i'm sure they were originally quite astonished--because they invented dish-washing.
this is a HUGE crime.
i'm going to make like 60-80 a week for somewhere under 10 hours of this--but my poor poor hands--i can barely type. the dishes weren't really DIRTY at my point in the line--they were steaming hot and moving by fast on a conveyer and i had to sort them and take them out. they burned my fingers so my hands were pink. they were also wet so my hands are pruned, and partly white, and later numb, with the skin starting to peel, and later when i was sorting the clean silverware everywhere the edges of the knives and forks and even just the sides of the handles touched my skin it hurt.
