cimorenesomehow i neglected to eat yesterday. or, well, no, i had a bunch of chocolate, a sandwich and a half and a quarter of a box of cheez-its. i only MOSTLY neglected to eat. anyway, i'm sure it was a bad idea. have made half a serving of oatmeal for my breakfast and eaten it all now along with my meds. just hope i didn't forget them yesterday... ::sigh::
