Date: 12 Feb 2003 10:49 am (UTC)Take a brick of cream cheese and put it in a shallow bowl or a plate with a thick lip to it. Put the red pepper jelly (uncapped) in the microwave for about a minute, or until it's well-melted. Pour the jelly over the cream cheese. Use a knife to slice off bits of cream cheese-and-jelly, and put it on a Triscuit.
It's really good, I swear. We have it as an appetizer every Christmas.
