for now, i could...

1. finish painting a chair
2. watch tv
3. attempt to read the canterbury tales and see if it puts me to sleep
4. work on kirk/spock story

which of these is most likely to calm me down and/or cheer me up? maybe i should add

5. take the dog to the park.

Hmm . . . I don't know which works the best for you, but writing always calms me down and cheers me up.

i tend to write in this sort of hyper, caffeinated kind of mood, only (often) without the caffeine. it probably would calm me down if i were angry, though.
