Ah, Boxed is indeed the prettiest of S2 styles. And fairly flexible, too.

I felt there was more room for styling it than in many of the other S2 styles. Also, the links (http://www.livejournal.com/manage/links.bml) function, which I find very cool, only works with Boxer and Component.

yeah, that links function IS very cool, and those are coincidentally, i feel, the two coolest styles. bah. now i am further tempted, but i spent hours and hours making my own new style. so i will resist a while longer.

I know how you feel. I was very happy with the style I had until I first saw the S2 styles. I tried to resist the, especially after I realized that I couldn't make an S2 style that would be close to my earlier layout. However, I don't think I was able to resist for more than a week...
