bleh. I tried reading Honor Harrington once. I don't think I got much past the first chapter. My sensibilities were offended by the psychic cat.

i slogged through two whole books, i think, when i was in, hmm, 9th grade? but i just had to stop then. nothing, not even the dearth of GOOD space opera, could make me go back.
