I'm starting up a community just for Sherlock Holmes slash: [livejournal.com profile] cox_and_co. I'm not officially opening it for posts until tomorrow (1/25-- I'm still tweaking the format a bit and I need to pimp it in my lj and on-list), but, please, check it out and consider joining.

Like I wouldn't have invited you anyway... ::wink::

yeah, and i finally got around to friending you... just in case you wrote anything else! i'll join at once. did you see that sherlock holmes vid by diana williams? so sad that she used david burke instead. and so sad that so many of the cute moments between them occurred with burke as actor! fortunately, for purposes of writing fic they're the same person.

Well, not exactly in bed... The illustration is for the opening scene of The Illustrious Client when they're at the Turkish baths.

Go here: ILLU (http://www.bakerstreet221b.de/canon/illu.htm). You won't have to scroll down very far before it pops into view.

Oh! And while you're over there, check out the strolling arm-in-arm (Paget) illustration for The Resident Patient: RESI (http://www.bakerstreet221b.de/canon/resi.htm).

that ep was adorable. that's the shot (in diana williams's vid!) where watson leans on the bannister to offer his theory and holmes leans right over in his face. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh love.

ah-hah, i knew it was all online SOMEWHERE. post the link for that poor dear girl who was looking for source material, who commented on your community post. (well, it's a valuable resource for everyone, you know. not having to run off and leaf through your complete works.)

and, ah, thank you. i can't conceive why that one wasn't marked in my writing journal as a slashy moment. i was quite depressed when i was doing my marking...

Do you know [livejournal.com profile] historic_slash? They do much the same thing. And I don't know if this strikes your fancy, but there's always [livejournal.com profile] rarelitslash, for book-based slash.

Just read your Homes/Watson...*fangirls you* I love the passages explaining Watson's love for Holmes. I am also quite fond of your LOTRiPS, but this is the first time I've found your LJ. *friends*

ahhh nice. ::checks those out:: too bad about lj's community-search function being missing. i found someone else's thingy that did that, an independent script, but i'm not sure what i did with it.
