saw a french romantic comedy, jet lag with juliette binoche and jean reno. really cute. and sweet. faltered only toward the end. i find the word 'love' a little hard to stomach sometimes, not because i don't believe in it but because i regard a declaration as a really big thing. anyway.

my mom thought jean reno was gerard depardieu. 'getting a little old, isn't he?' she said. ahahah.

Gerard Depardieu is getting old. And he's playing Obelix now which sort of marks a departure from the sex symbol position, I should say. His son is sort of a dish, though, young Guillaume.
