Pretty good. Here I am, at the gynecology ER/delivery room for the day. And praying that nothing happens during the night and I don't have to be awake around 3Am...

wow, it's so weird thinking of people like you who have ... a whole life. and have to, like, DO things all the time.

I get jittery/weird around 4 AM if I've consumed large amounts of cola drinks, otherwise around 6-7 AM. And if I persistently work on something until 11 AM, I start to hear birdsong.

Hummm... about 24 hours, I guess. And I also have to be pretty exhausted. If I just lounge around doing nothing much I'll just feel regularly tired. But I usually start to hear random voices/sounds after working my ass off under very stressful conditions (ie. trying to write an entire essay in one night before the next morning's deadline).

that's happened to me--random voices--but only so rarely that it always freaked me the fuck out when it did.

my response to the essay-writing crunch seems to be to get either very tired or very hyper.
