nothing's gonna change my world
15 Dec 2002 11:31 ampersons in authority should not be bitchy to princesses, yo. that's just not on.
i was a little sensitive, granted. i mean, it's hard when you know you have a giant looming neurosis bad enough to make you possibly fail all your classes and you're going to have to run away and lick your wounds and blah blah get your head on straight, because it sounds simple when you put it like that, but in fact, to many people it sounds like 'dropping out of school to go home.' ::cough:: not that that isn't what it is, i'm just sayin.' and then, the neurosis involves not being able to find anything important.
okay, and no, the boom and the post-modernists and the naturalists and the negrists--that stuff ISN'T important and neither is spanish composition, but your college transcript IS, you know? my subconscious doesn't get it.
'why would you think study abroad was more important than your spanish paper?' she says.
what was i supposed to say? 'well, because on a tourist visa, i'm only allowed to stay with my girlfriend for three months but study abroad will give me the whole year'? uhmmmmmmmmmmm, right. so what did i say?
'uh... eheh. i don't know really.'
perhaps she can't be blamed entirely.
although she could have stopped being mean when i started to cry--just a thought. well, whatever, i'm over it now and ready to leeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaave leave leave.
plane in at 9:08, BHM, daddy. you're gonna pick me up, right?
