so karl and viggo were STUCK in the mud, surly and unrepentant and furious. and i didn't know what to do! and so i emailed k'sal in a panic and she told me! i didn't really think she would know so explicitly what was going on. but she did. she explained why they were acting the way they were, she told me that the way i was planning to go was a tiny bit ooc, she explained what had to be said before the resolution. she told me how they each were feeling more precisely than i knew. i can finish it now!
