It's Thursday and the counters still are not completely installed. Yesterday I started to wonder if it would be faster for us to just do it ourselves, but I didn't fully understand the directions that explain how you're supposed to do that so I think it's probably best the contractors do. They did START to install them at least. They've rounded off the front edge and sanded them smooth. And they've put up a ton of trim. I'm waiting with bated breath, here. It feels so close! I can almost taste it! But why haven't they actually installed them yet? They said they would. Are they waiting for us to do something first? ("Wouldn't they tell us then?" said Wax. "Not if they thought we already knew.") Maybe they just didn't have enough time here today. Or maybe they need two people.

  1. Protective!Mycroft Possessive!Mycroft SilverFox!Greg GingerFox!Mycroft Demon!Greg Demon!Mycroft
Summary Mycroft is always watching his lover Greg, and when a well known business man flirt with and gives his card to the Detective Inspector and he takes it, the older Holmes is certainly not happy.

  2. A Halloween prank goes rather spectacularly off the rails, and we discover what DI Lestrade and Mr. M. Holmes might get up to when Left to Their Own Devices. It's rather a lot, as it turns out. (Warning: turnips — multiple turnips, alas —will definitely be harmed over the course of our tale.)

  3. Greg has a secret phobia of fish. Mycroft, unaware of his partner's strange fear, has booked a trip to an aquarium for their first anniversary. Perhaps unsurprisingly, Greg does not react well

  4. Mycroft was uncertain what to expect when Greg opened a coffeeshop below his flower shop.

  5. Up and coming young civil servant Mycroft runs into brash young motorcycle courier Greg--literally. Their rocky meeting could be the beginning of something amazing...or so they'd both thought.
