i went out for icecream with

guinevere33, the best friend. haven't seen her since christmas. was v/ nice. also another guy was there, random classmate (ok, just not wonderful). i was social for two hours without too much effort. okay, it was a lot. but it didn't kill me. and, hm. why do i have to be sick on the icecream day? fuck. i want sushi, too. going to maimi tomorrow evening, and if i'm cut off from internet until wednesday (read "internet" as "livejournal" and "my weakness" and "my cohort") i won't be responsible for the consequences. also, this is something of a gip. as the user icon, we have michael whelan's "the summer queen," cover of the novel by the same name by joan d vinge (i think?). below, we have first menolly and beauty from the cover of mccaffrey's dragonsong, and next marilyn monroe.
