I commented several times to Wax that Kris Allen's Madras plaid shirt was similar to my favorite shirts of my mom's and dad's, both thrift store buys, which I used to frequently steal from their wardrobes in middle school when they were still long enough to be worn like dresses over leggings. (It was the mid-90s; let's just leave it at that.)



I was happy to see this photo that my mom uploaded prove that my dad still has his. ♥
