At the grocery store, I took pictures of the giant Halloween display for the edification of our slasha anglepoiselamp, who is a Halloween fan and has never seen its trappings in America, in person. Also, I took pictures of Jonas brothers merchandise at Wal-Mart for bluesbell, who is a fan of them. Also a UPS guy in a shorts uniform WITH THE UPS LOGO ON HIS FUCKING SOCKS. That guy MMD. HIS SOCKS. Uncle Joe was like "Hst! There he is again, you should take a picture!" I already had the camera on and he was halfway down the aisle and I totally STEALTHILY did (without lifting the camera up to eye level). GO ME.

That is most excellent! OWLY AUTUMN BALLOONS! I actually saw a tiny Halloween display shelf at the grocery store today. It wasn't much to look at, but there were some sparkly fuzzy spiders for sale. :)

There were about 5 aisles of Halloween shit in Wal-Mart. If I could have found the perfect wee encapsulation Idve bought it for you! We did buy a pink bob wig a la Closer or Lost in Translation though.

Creamy quark with strawberry flavored sugar free jello cubes and fresh strawberries mixed in = best thing ever :)

LOLLLL. The bag presented by Wax actually looks almost ok! (But maybe just compared to the other ones. There's some serious fug going on in the last photo.)

I love that it's Jonas Academy. The academy where you learn not to engage in incest? Is it a brotherly love academy? A music academy? A neon colored pants academy?

There was quite a selection of small, fug backpacks for children there, including many that have little LED lights that flash when you touch them. Those were the superhero ones though, not the Jonas ones.
