Yeah, those are pretty darn cute.

My interview shoes are a lot like that--that sort of perforated decoration, very retro, with a tiny short heel.

That piercing stuff is why they are called brogues (in modern women's shoe terminology, it's common to just combine terms like "stiletto oxford brogue" or "brogue bar pump" in this case, which translates to USan as "brogue mary-jane ballet flat"). :) Although if your shoes contain more than one color, they are probably spectators instead.

Mmm, these look like they'd be good as hospital shoes for winter, paired with thick tights, and maybe going a size up to put in some arch supports.

Black patent are great for wearing with opaque black tights, because they provide just a tiny bit of contrast to the tights via their shininess!
