I kind of covet that second pair. I wish the heel were lower.

It's a trendy style at the moment, but those heels are unusually high; there are a lot of similar pairs out there with heels more or less like the ones in the bottom row. The double strap at the top and the calf- (instead of knee-) height is a bit out of the ordinary, but there probably are some.
