I was just wondering if the electrical-feeling sparks and twinges and losing balance when I move my head meant that I had injured my neck in my sleep and then I discovered I have now forgotten to take my SSRI 3 mornings in a row. Off to lie down in mummy position until my neurons behave normally again. How did I forget them?! They were right in front of me while I was eating breakfast and I've written the days on the package in magic marker!!!

OTOH it should be noted that these are probably the mildest venlafaxin withdrawal symptoms I could wish for. I gather it's supposed to be one of the bad ones.

Against all odds, the universe decided it would feel bad if it threw you the worst of the withdrawal symptoms on top of everything else!

Medication: yeah I don't even know. I have one that comes in a thing labeled by weekday and I still manage to forget.

I know, that's true. So much so actually that it's hard to notice the things I've been disastrous about because I keep being distracted by The Shit every time I'm not immersed in an episode of Flow or reading something.

That really is pretty mild by venlafaxine standards. I once ran out for two days, I ended up in bed with BAD flu-like symptoms (& in fact it took me a while to figure out that it wasn't an infectious disease). I couldn't even drive to the pharmacy to pick up the new prescription, someone else had to do it.

I'll try to bookmark GO fics you haven't, so you can have happy reads. Do you read WiPs?

No, I don't read WIPs, but I'm still completely up to date with reading GO, I just haven't saved any bookmarks for ... probably over a week now.

I had to give in and set a phone alarm for mine. Which I don't enjoy because the hypervigilance makes me lose my shit at low-key Buddy Holly. But at least I don't wait until I get the electric lips and can feel my brain turn slightly slower than I turn my head to realize oh yeah, pills.

When I'm leaving the house in the morning I usually use 4 separate phone alarms, but none of them is for meds. I had a lot more luck remembering when I had a little island at the kitchen table for eating breakfast at away from the places where I normally sit and get distracted, but there's not really room in our current dwelling to eat in the other room.
