I want a taster (a foodie? a chef?) to eat my favorite frozen herbed roasted garden veggies and tell me what the seasonings are so I can make a fresh version. The only ones I'm sure about are parsley and butter, which isn't very helpful.

I hate when I could duplicate a purchased food easily technique-wise but I can't figure out all the ingredients. It's much more annoying than when I buy it premade because the technique is too much work, like bagels, or breaded fish filets, or gyōza.

If you were here, I could ask my sister to do that. She is a chef and can identify what she is tasting! She actually reproduced a local secret recipe chili this way!

If the brand is one we get in the US I can ask her. But I imagine not.

Tragically not. I know other people with significant skill but they're all abroad! I don't know any Finnish chefs or foodies.
