this whole karggo thing is such an intriguing idea, but there are only TWO stories at that silly archive. i read one of them. well, it wasn't BAD, but it was short and pretty fluffy, not to mention a tad melodramatic. i don't know anything about karl, that's the problem. or else i could write one (what am i thinking? REAL novel? hello? original work? someone kick me. oh hell, i know i'm going to write it. the idea has well and truly bitten--the only question is what i'm going to write... but i'm definitely bad. feel free to kick me if you like...)

if there were anything i wanted to kick you for, it would not be this. this has me bouncing in my chair. for i have been forlorn over the lack of worthwhile/interesting karggo. the concept intrigues, yet there's no there there. yet. go, cim, go!

do YOU know about them? i don't think karl is popular enough for there to be bio information on him readily available. i mean, i'm sure a search would turn some up, but...

well, the thing about karl is that he was on xena... xenafreaks must have some background on him... right? i only know one xenafreak though, and he's all about the girls. but maybe he'd have some tips on where to look.

i was never really much for digging up info about any of them... more just into looking at the pretty pictures. but there must be loads of viggo stuff out there. and, wait, you've written him before.

what kind of things do you like to know about them before you write them?

just some general things... i wrote some early stuff without knowing anything. you know, reading the occasional article, seeing a few interviews, hearing some gossip. i mean, what does everyone know about the hobbits, orlando, and viggo? (viggo went fishing, camping and hunting in costume, is a painter, poet, photographer; elijah was a child star and extremely eager to get the part; dom had some lousy jobs first...). i have an idea of their characters. elijah is a little stuffed-shirt, and takes things too seriously. also a geek. viggo is an artsy hippie freak who believes in being in touch with everything. dom's a walking hormone, and also a wackball. orli is vivacious, outgoing, irrepressible, rather silly, and a lousy dresser. what do i know about karl?

he's anti-war. he's from new zealand.

i don't know his marital status, anything about his family, his home environment growing up...
