cimorenemom hijacked the family on an hours-long trip to the architectural salvage joint, where we spent more than three hours wandering the upper story of a dilapidated town house looking at old doors of various kinds and dad and i fell asleep on a bench, while she tirelessly measured every louvred shutter in the place with her trusty tape measure, and a lot of the doors, too.
there also seems to be a possibility that i am dead, which no doubt requires further investigation.
mom's delicate constitution cannot handle putting the little glass shades into the vanity light bar whatever it's called, so around the time dad turned off one of the circuit breakers, she started hissing venomously loud enough to be heard at the other end of the house, 'get the fuck out of my way, you stupid fucking dog.' >.> i've locked us in my sister's room with the computer, where the overhead light and one of the lamps have burnt out.
