a really stunning and and rather haunting alternate cover for good omens here. the idea is brilliant, the execution is great (although there's a bit of weirdness in the hands), the style's well-suited  to the idea and the result is lovely.

I just had to say that your icon was a bit of a shock when I opened up my friends journal.

I don't know if it's true for everybody, but that symbol still hasn't lost its impact for me, having lost so much of my family in the Holocaust.

well, i suppose i prefer dark things with humour--they're not bearable otherwise. when my dad almost died of a spinal cord injury, pretty much the only cards that weren't horrible to read were the funny ones. i lost a chunk of family in the holocaust too, and i can only with difficulty stomach books or films about it.

I agree, the symbol was a bit shocking for me too. Alright, as a German I'm conditioned...it's still a forbidden symbol here.
