for god's sake, the fuh-q fest archive lists the scenario under each story which means you've got to read ALL of them over and over--in bold, no less! the least they could do was proofread them for grammar!

"Why thank you, Ray," Fraser said drily.
but you know what annoys the shit out of me? 'no, [insert alternative sexual position]. i [want, need, have] to see you.'

10 Nov 2003 05:24 pmOpposition to Reverend Fred Phelps' Proposed Anti-Gay Matthew Shepard Monument in Casper, Wyoming. he wants to erect a monument that says
"MATTHEW SHEPARD, Entered Hell October 12, 1998, in Defiance of God's Warning: 'Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind; it is abomination.' Leviticus 18:22."
the city council of shepard's home town might be forced to display it due to complications detailed in the article.
honestly, they were morons to accept a ten commandments memorial for public display, then, weren't they? you can justify anything on religious grounds if you're obnoxious enough.
regardless, it would not displease me if there were just tons and tons of signatures to this petition.

10 Nov 2003 09:56 pmi finally read transfigurations by resonant. it will be very highly recommended; i enjoyed it a whole hell of a lot, for a non-preferred pairing (not a draco fan. i like h/snape). i'm definitely a fan of resonant's. it's sort of like a punk cover of pop or, as i said, a classically orchestrated cover of a folk tune. bolero, perhaps. or the symphonic version of ani's 'both hands.' at any rate, while gorgeous, less than perfectly satisfying, becasue it's flavored like an original novel. the characters taste like OCs too.
