12 Feb 2003 07:43 ammy sister's been spending all her time on the computer making mix cds like "you can dance, dance, dance but don't fall down!" and "funky sounds for the teenage soul" (which she naturally has named herself). the latter consists of "survivor" and "bootylicious" followed by the entirety of the avril lavigne cd, apparently in order. sometimes...
also, my parents worked out that 40 hours a week divided by seven is six hours a day, so every day, i need to do six hours of work in a combination of writing stuff for publication and job-hunting. they made it simple for me by mentioning it several times this morning so i would be sure not to forget. mom also wants to make sure that i know amherst is not giving them a refund yet--which they are supposed to be doing, mind. it hasn't occurred to them to ask amherst themselves, although of course they would get more attention than i would and could, in fact, have had it all over with when i was in finland. oh, and that from now on, they're not buying me shampoo. i'll believe that when i see it.
perry is lying alertly on the floor with his ears perked up. what is it, perry? it's 4 pm finnish time, a particularly dead dull time of the day, since wax is squarely at work. am tempted to go back to sleep, except for once i almost slept well. i mean, i didn't, but all the waking up was at least not due to pain for once.
