did i mention that this layout makes me want to stab things with toothpicks, barbecue skewers and crochet hooks?

not that there's enough time in the world, but i can at least start listing SOME of the things wrong with it:

+the flashing world flags--a)wtf do they have to do with starsky & hutch? b)they look like they're calculated to induce seizure.

+the random gold things skating up and down the random red, white and blue page divider
+the animated american flag and the crying statue of liberty*
+the misspellings and bad punctuation
+the diagonally-scrolling rainbow on the word 'new'
+the dancing cartoon flamingo and its disappearing feet

after a morning of tv we're headed to the mece's place.  wax's mamma helpfully pointed out that his house is a dog-free zone, apparently thinking wax and i were the type to show up everywhere with perry regardless of whether he was invited.  it's more common in finland than you might think, actually.

i thought she was taking a shower but wax just bustled in and out of the bedroom saying something about "long, slender pliers."  i didn't even know we had pliers.
